 Dr. Rama R Iyer, Advocate, is the Managing Partner, Ayana Legal, Bengaluru. With over 30 years of litigation and legal advisory practice, she has appeared before various fora upto the Supreme Court of India. In addition to commercial transactions, corporate, IPR, Real Estate laws, Dr. Iyer also has extensive expertise in PoSH. She has set up IC in various companies, devised their policy in addition to acting as an independent external member. Dr. Iyer is also the Director of the International Council of Jurists, London, heading their Women’s Division. In February 2014, She was invited by the President of the International Court of Justice at The Hague, Netherlands for expert consultation on International Laws relating to women in the corporate Sector including laws related to sexual harassment at workplace.
