Conciliation is a form of alternate dispute resolution. Conciliation can be initiated by the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to redress workplace sexual harassment complaints, only if the aggrieved person requests for the same. We at CGSP will provide the requisite training and support to ensure a smooth conciliation process.
