The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (PoSH) is an integral legislation in securing safe workplaces. The Act mandates all employers to have in place PoSH policies and internal committees. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has also recently remarked on the importance of the Act and has set out directions requiring all organizations to abide by the provisions.
